At Zariya Jewels, customer satisfaction is our highest priority. We take great care to ensure that every piece of jewellery is delivered in perfect condition. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and order details for verification.

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will arrange a replacement or process a refund as applicable. Refunds are credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval. For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, certain products such as earrings, personalized items, customized jewellery, gift cards, and products purchased during special sale events may not be eligible for return or exchange unless received damaged or defective.
